Resposta
\( \neg\forall x\,(P(x)\rightarrow Q(x)) \equiv \exists x\,(P(x)\land \neg Q(x))\)Porque \( \neg\forall x\,\varphi \equiv \exists x\,\neg\varphi \) e \( \neg(A\rightarrow B)\equiv A\land\neg B\).
Formalmente: \( \neg\forall x\,(P(x)\to Q(x)) \equiv \exists x\,\neg(P(x)\to Q(x)) \equiv \exists x\,(P(x)\land\neg Q(x))\).
Exemplo:
Frase: Todo estudante que estuda passa no exame.
Formalização: \( \forall x\,(E(x)\to S(x))\), onde \(E(x)\) = "x estuda", \(S(x)\) = "x passa".
Negação: \( \exists x\,(E(x)\land \neg S(x))\), em linguagem natural, Algum estudante estuda e não passa no exame.
