Calculamos os determinantes pelas Regra de Sarrus. Para \(M\):
\( \det M=8\cdot6\cdot3+10\cdot2\cdot1+1\cdot4\cdot2-(1\cdot6\cdot1+2\cdot2\cdot8+3\cdot4\cdot10)=14.\)
Para \(N\) obtemos expressão em \(x\):
\( \det N=5\cdot x\cdot3+4\cdot7\cdot(x+1)+7\cdot6\cdot2-[(x+1)\cdot x\cdot7+2\cdot7\cdot5+3\cdot6\cdot4]\)
\( \det N=-7x^2+36x-30.\)
Igualando \(\det M=\det N\):
\(14=-7x^2+36x-30\Rightarrow 7x^2-36x+44=0.\)
Usando Bhaskara: \(\Delta=36^2-4\cdot7\cdot44=64\), então \(x=\frac{36\pm8}{14}\).
As raízes são \(x=\frac{44}{14}\) e \(x=\frac{28}{14}=2\). Como se pede o valor inteiro, temos \(x=2\).
